Diane Cannon is an educator, entrepreneur, consultant, visiting professor, international keynote speaker, podcaster, and content writer. She has over 25 years of clinical experience in ER, oncology, infusion, case management and hospice. Dr. Cannon has held numerous leadership positions and taught nursing at The Ohio State University, the University of Oklahoma, and Northern Oklahoma College. Dr. Cannon currently teaches medical cannabis pharmacology and is a cannabis nurse consultant. Diane is CEO of Cannon Consulting where she works with healthcare education technology companies creating simulations in VR. Dr. Cannon serves as the Director of Clinical Education and Innovation at Xapimed, a clinical competency management platform that digitizes competency tracking, skills checklists, onboarding, and nursing professional development programs.
