84. Improving Mental Health and Facing Change with Brad Brizendine

On this episode of Better with Dr. Ericka, my guest, Brad Brizendine, and I will be discussing challenges in mental health and how to get help.  He is an attorney turned mental health counselor and has quite the story to share with you.

Questions this episode will answer:

-How do you take the leap to totally change careers?

-What are common issues seen in therapy?

-Why does it seem to be more common for people to be struggling with mental and emotional health these days?

-How can social media impact your mental health?

Whether you are considering a career transition, looking to make a big change, in mental health treatment, not in therapy, or are realizing you are struggling, there is something in this episode for you and your loved ones.
