Natalie Boudou is a TEDx speaker, author of the best-selling book ‘HumanForce: the power of emotions in a changing workplace‘, and the CEO and Founder of HumanForce, an international coaching and consultancy business working with organisations to build healthy and resilient cultures that drive performance.
Natalie started her working life as a lawyer, including a role as in-house counsel for Hitachi, and has over 30 years’ experience in the corporate world, working in senior management roles in the private sector, and senior media and communications positions at the WHO and the WWF.
