In today’s episode, you will meet Dr. Dana Harron, a clinical psychologist and the owner of Monarch Wellness & Psychotherapy, a Washington DC practice specializing in mind-body issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and subfertility. Dr. Harron works with both individuals and couples, and is the author of the book, “Loving Somebody with an Eating Disorder: Understanding, Supporting and Connecting with Your Partner”, available at Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Dr. Harron splits her professional time between speaking engagements, writing, supervision, and direct clinical work. She lives in Virginia with her husband and two children and enjoys hiking and knitting.
