In 1995 he patented the fabric used to make N95 masks, which are one of the most effective face coverings to prevent the spread of Covid-19. CNN Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta talks to Tsai about the role his creation has come to play in this global pandemic.
